This course uses a truly awesome 3D modelling tool, enabling users to visualise and design literally anything in their imagination. The course equips students with advanced modelling skills to start building, creating and letting their imaginations run wild.

  • Develop skills in 3D modelling, project prototyping, alongside spacial awareness and non verbal reasoning. 
     

  • Learn transferable skills for industrys software such as SketchUp, AutoCad, Rhino and Vectorworks 
     

  • Gain full access to the 3D design platform 
     
  • 6  highly focused lessons
     
  • Receive ongoing support from our teachers, design and build team
     

  • Design & model 2 final projects
     

  • Choose a model for us to 3D print and send to you in the post

The course will run for 1 hour every week, with work to continue in their free time. Students don't need to have any prior experience of 3D modelling software.

Students will develop and design two final projects which we 3D print and send to you! 

 

These sessions are run by our 3D design and robotics specialist George. George has worked for MIT, creates his own robots and is going to Cambridge next year to study engineering.
